Accessibility
Last Updated: 18/02/26
The Three Sixty is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible. We want everyone to be able to use our site, regardless of technology or ability.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, including vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive needs.
How we’re making the site accessible
We work to ensure that:
-
Text has sufficient colour contrast and is readable with resizable text.
-
Pages are structured with semantic headings, lists, and landmarks for screen reader navigation.
-
Images include meaningful alternative text (or are marked as decorative where appropriate).
-
Interactive elements (links, buttons, forms, menus) are keyboard‑accessible and have visible focus states.
-
Forms include clear labels, instructions, and error messages.
-
Content does not rely solely on colour to convey meaning.
-
Motion/animation is minimised and can be paused or avoided where used.
-
PDFs and other documents are created to be accessible where possible, or alternative formats are provided on request.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
This website is designed to be compatible with:
-
The latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari
-
Modern mobile browsers on iOS and Android
-
Common assistive technologies such as screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and screen magnifiers
For the best experience, we recommend using the most recent version of your browser and assistive technology.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of The Three Sixty’s website relies on:
-
HTML5, WAI‑ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript following progressive enhancement principles.
-
A consistent design system and component patterns that support keyboard and screen reader use.
What we’re doing to improve
We conduct periodic:
-
Manual checks of key templates and page types
-
Automated testing with accessibility tools (e.g., axe, Lighthouse)
-
Keyboard‑only testing
-
Colour contrast and resize/zoom testing
We continue to train our team and refine our content and code standards to improve accessibility over time.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following issues and are working to resolve them:
-
Legacy PDF documents may not fully meet accessibility standards. We can provide an alternative format on request.
-
Third‑party content or widgets embedded on some pages may not be fully accessible. We’ll encourage vendors to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and provide alternatives where possible.
If you encounter any problems not listed here, please let us know.
Feedback and contact information
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our site. If you need information in a different format (such as accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio, or braille), or if you find any accessibility issues, please contact:
Email: enquire@thethreesixty.org.uk
Please include the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and your preferred format. We aim to respond within 10 working days.
Enforcement procedure
If you contact us with a complaint and you’re not satisfied with our response, you may be able to escalate the issue to relevant UK equality or consumer bodies. (For public bodies, this would typically involve the Equality Advisory and Support Service; as a private organisation, we will nonetheless take all complaints seriously and work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.)
Compliance status
We are working towards partial compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA. “Partial compliance” means that some parts of the website do not fully meet the accessibility standard. We are addressing these as part of our ongoing improvement plan.
